1.BACKGROUND
iCheck?-LF strip is lateral flow immunochromatographic assay based on a competitive immunoassay format. With iCheck? strip reader, it measures 0 to 50 ppm lactoferrin in milk.

3. PRECAUTIONS
1) Store test kits at 2~8℃(35.6~46.4¨H) when not in use, and do not use beyond the expiration date.
2) Keep from moisture, and do not use the damaged and damp kits.
3) All reagents must be at room temperature before assay is running.
4) Do not re-use test strips.
5) Avoid swallowing the desiccant.
4.INTERPRETATION OF THE RESULTS
1) Test range: 0-20 ppm, with a quantitation limit of 1.0 ppm.
2) If there is no line in control zone, the test is invalid and the sample should be re-tested by using a valid test strip.
3) If the measured value is 20 ppm, dilute the sample with milk that has not been tested for lactoferrin. Multiply the reading from the quantitative rapid test reader by the dilution factor to obtain the actual concentration of the sample.
